Applicability: This policy applies to all digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, online courses, videos, audios, and other content available on my ebooks.craftygolf.store. All eBooks within the Crafty Golf Books range fall under this policy without exception.

I’ve gone to great lengths to clearly explain each product and its benefits. If you’re uncertain or have any doubts, I urge you not to purchase. There are no hard feelings if you choose not to proceed, and I only wish for you to proceed knowing about our refunds policy which is an industry standard refund policy.

No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds on digital purchases for any reason unless explicitly stated otherwise.

This includes reasons such as:

• “This was not what I was expecting.”

• “I thought this was a physical product, not a digital one.” - note all imagery used is of the digital version for your digital device and there has been no misappropriation showing hardbook covers.

• “I made the purchase by accident.”

• “The content hasn’t helped me or doesn’t work.”

• Login or technical issues due to user error.

Why No Refunds?

We Have Confidence in Our Product: Our coaching and training materials are meticulously researched, crafted and worth every cent. They come from years of playing, research, reading and working with Golfing Pro's across the globe. Offering refunds isn’t necessary to validate the value of the products or services. This is why we also offer a free book to get you started so that you can see the quality of the teaching.

Protection Against Misuse: Unfortunately, the online environment has seen a rise in refund exploitation, where individuals purchase, consume, and then request refunds. This is unfair to both the creator and genuine clients.

Fairness in Business: Consuming the content and then asking for a refund is not equitable. This would not be acceptable in most industries (including reading of physical books), and we apply the same philosophy here. Digital products cannot be returned and remain in your storage forever once purchased.

Additional Notes:

• Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally place a duplicate order (e.g., pressing the "Buy Now" button twice), the duplicate will be refunded. Please email us to resolve this issue.

Admin Fee for Refund Errors: In rare cases where a refund is issued due to user error, an administrative fee of $5 USD may apply.
